Sometimes people ask, “Where do you get your ideas?” Well, in the case of the NYC story in Deadly Sins I, I was inspired by a book I didn’t like very much, 50 Shades of Grey. I won’t go into the reasons I didn’t like the book. Most people who don’t like it, write the same things, and I’m sure you’ve seen those lists. But, I was inspired because I thought, “If she can write this, then I certainly can give it a try.” I wasn’t trying to be as explicit in my descriptions. My goal was to make the story intriguing and entertaining. Hopefully, I hit the mark!
